APZI is the organisation of the private sector in the port of  Bruges-Zeebrugge. This organisation, founded in 1973, is a non-profit institution. The members are the maritime and port-related Zeebrugge companies. APZI groups some 140 companies in this way and acts as representative and mouthpiece for private port sector in Zeebrugge.

APZI has a double assignment in the port community:

protecting the interests of the private sector in Zeebrugge
port promotion

APZI is also responsible for the publications "Zeebrugge Shipping Bulletin" and "Zeebrugge News".
